Quick intall simply
Download -N- open file -N- right click on the “Install Windows Batch File” and
select run as administrator and follow on screen instructions and thats it

now if you right click on empty place on your desktop you should see
play dreamscene it should be dimmed because you don’t have a video
file as a background yet
to do that right click on empty place on desktop and go to personalize then go
to desktop backgroung then scroll down to the dreamscene folder it might be
empty if it is download some videos for yourself at this site
